My time at Running Name LLC has been rewarding, I felt my skills as a graphic designer strengthen with every project I was assigned and my confidence continued to grow as well. During my time, I had the responsibility to lead a team of other interns and oversee their work before presenting the final outcome to our supervisor to hand to our clients. Every project was exciting to work on because I looked forward to the feedback that was to follow, each comment from the other interns opened up new possibilities for my creative side to seize.

 Even though the internship was remote, I felt the team at Running Name LLC were right there beside me; helping me one step at the time to achieve what needed to be done. Being an intern at Running Name LLC has gotten me ready for what to expect for my next adventure in the design world and I am very grateful to Paul Pearson for giving me the opportunity.

Since taking this internship, I've taken value and learned from my mistakes, adapted to changes, no matter how sudden, and really grasped the importance of management skills.

I think Running Name LLC is a great company for teens who are looking for experience and knowledge that will benefit them in the long-run. Everyone is friendly, but professional, and you're treated as an equal, not a kid, though they always keep in mind your limitations.

This internship has taught me to broaden out my developing skills as a writer. It's no longer just school assignments, but working and providing for people, and that truly fuels my desire to do my best. I'm no longer writing for a grade, but for someone's livelihood, and it feels good to be important. 

I was able to gain skills and learn to use new tools in ways I didn't think of which eventually I would apply those skills onto some of my projects I've worked on in college.

Looking at Running name LLC, Id say after nearly 2 years working here I've been able to see this small business grow with more interns joining the team as well as the many connections that have been made. As in intern, I would recommend other graphic designers who want to gain experience as well as working with real clients that this business is a great way to start off in the field.

During my time working at this internship, I've begun to learn more about the adobe products I had access to in order to work on these tasks and throughout nearly 2 years have learned to use certain tools as well as how social media ads and speaker posts were set up. An example of this is the BHM speaker posts as I have created those for WOA for both 2024 and 2025 and when comparing the two, it clearly shows the improvement I've made on my design work and I plan on continuing to improve on that.
